Vintage Style and Charm in Lincoln!

Corrie and Joe were married on a perfect, sun lit September afternoon and the setting for their vintage style wedding could not have been more charming. The Pierce House in Lincoln was the perfect back drop for the yellow and navy color scheme, the rustic props, the vintage suitcases, the old photos and all the many, many small details that made this day memorable. For flowers we used a mix of locally grown dahlias, local zinnas, yarrow, craspedia, roses, hydrangea, spray roses, and wildflower all in sunny shades of yellow and cream arranged in blue antique glass bottles and jars that Corrie had collected. What a pleasure it was to work on this wedding!!!

C+J= Love

This is just a preview of Courtney and Jay's georgous Watch Hill wedding! Stay tuned for more beautiful images by Anna Sawin Photography, but for now, check out the few below that I took myself. I loved the soft colors and the garden roses (still can't get enough of those..).

Summer Style- Navy and Deep Pink

Here are a few lovely images by Cyndi Moses of Daniel Doke Photography of a beautiful June wedding we created flowers for. The deep pink and navy color scheme really complimented the Lighthouse Ballroom at the Seaport (one of my favorite hotel ballroom spaces!) and really was a perfect combination for a beautiful bright summer day. We used lush peonies, sweet spray roses, vibrant hydranga and a touch of amaranthus for texture and depth.
